TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Studio Nine. By booking or using the studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to keep the space running smoothly, protect the studio, and ensure a great experience for everyone.
1. Booking & PaymentAll bookings must be made through our official scheduling system.
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Bookings are non-transferable and may not be resold or reassigned without written approval.
Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly.
2. Cancellations & ReschedulingCancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will result in forfeiture of payment.
Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for rescheduling at Studio Nine’s discretion.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Studio Nine reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
3. Arrival & Time PolicyYour booking begins and ends at your scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend your session time.
Overtime is not guaranteed and, if permitted, will be billed at an additional hourly rate.
Clients must vacate the studio by the end of their booking time to avoid additional charges.
4. Studio Use & ConductThe studio must be used in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
Guests are permitted only in the studio space and the public restrooms on the 1st floor. Access to all other floors, hallways, residential areas, and the rooftop is strictly prohibited.
No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous materials are permitted.
Confetti, glitter, or anything difficult to clean must be approved in advance.
No smoke machines, fog machines, or haze devices are permitted in the studio.
Sound should NOT be heard in the hallway or any common spaces outside the studio. If your booking involves activities that may generate elevated sound, please notify us ahead of time. We’re happy to discuss whether it’s suitable for the space and help you plan accordingly.
Clients are responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was found. Excessive mess or damage will incur a cleaning or repair fee.
5. Equipment & LiabilityAll equipment, furniture, and props must be handled with care.
Any damage caused during your booking is the responsibility of the booking party.
If you need assistance moving furniture or setting up backdrops, please ask us for help to avoid damage or injury.
Studio Nine is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your session.
6. Capacity & EventsStudio Nine is designed for photo shoots, content creation, art showcases, and small events.
Larger gatherings or events must be approved in advance.
The booking client is responsible for all guests and ensuring they follow studio policies.
7. Photography & Content UseBy using the studio, you grant Studio Nine permission to capture behind-the-scenes content or images for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
Clients retain full rights to their own content created during their booking.
8. Accessibility & RespectStudio Nine is a wheelchair-accessible creative space, and we expect all guests to respect the inclusivity of the environment.
Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
9. AgreementBy booking Studio Nine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
