  • Studio Nine is a natural light–driven space with large East, South, and West-facing windows. That means the light moves with the day, from soft morning glow to directional afternoon highlights to warm golden-hour tones.

  • The studio is designed for natural light use. You are welcome to bring your own lighting equipment if needed.

  • Cloudy days turn the studio into a giant softbox. Expect even, creamy light with minimal shadows. It’s ideal for portraits, fashion, and video work.

  • Your reservation includes setup, shooting, and breakdown. Please plan your time accordingly so you can leave the space as you found it.

  • Yes, within reason. We just ask that everything is returned to its original placement before your session ends. Let us know if you need larger items moved, we will help to avoid injury or damage.

  • Restroom access is available within the building on the first floor.

  • Studio capacity depends on the type of booking. Small teams, creatives, and intimate gatherings are welcome. If you’re planning a larger group, please contact us in advance.

  • Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Please ensure they are supervised at all times.
