Studio Nine is located at 104 E Central Ave, Temple, TX 76501. This 1000-square-foot historic loft offers bright neutral home/lifestyle vignettes. The windows face east, south, and west.

BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO OUR POLICIES:

AGE REQUIREMENT

All studio bookings must be made by someone 18 years of age or older. Minors are welcome in the studio, but they must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. To keep things fair and to protect the time reserved in the studio, please review our cancellation terms below:

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Your Booking

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, your payment is non-refundable. No credits or rescheduling options will be offered for last-minute cancellations.

Cancellations With Advance Notice

If you provide adequate notice (more than 24 hours before your booking), we’re happy to work with you. You may be eligible for:

-A one-time reschedule, based on availability, or

-A studio credit applied to a future booking.

Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your booking without notifying us will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with more than 24 hours’ notice.

NOISE POLICY

Our studio is located in a mixed-use building, and many of the surrounding units are residential. To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask all guests to follow the noise guidelines below:

Volume Expectations

-Noise must remain at a reasonable level at all times.

-Sound should not be heard in the hallway or any common spaces outside the studio.

-No live music or amplified music is permitted.

-Loud music, crowd noise, or disruptive sound of any kind is not allowed.

Noise Concerns & Communication

If your booking involves activities that may generate elevated sound, please notify us ahead of time. We’re happy to discuss whether it’s suitable for the space and help you plan accordingly.

Violations

If we receive noise complaints, or if your group creates excessive noise that disrupts residents or other building occupants, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone in the building.

OVERTIME

Please be mindful of your reserved timeframe. All setup and breakdown must occur within your scheduled booking. If your session runs past the end of your allotted time, an overtime fee will be charged. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the studio’s standard hourly rate.

To avoid additional charges, we recommend planning your shoot or event schedule with a buffer. If you anticipate needing extra time, please let us know as early as possible so we can check availability.

CLEANING & RESET

Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. This includes putting furniture and props back in their original places, removing all personal belongings, and throwing away any trash. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the studio. Use of glitter, confetti, or similar materials will result in an automatic cleaning fee, no exceptions.

If the space is left excessively messy, requires additional cleanup, or items are not returned to their proper location, an additional cleaning/reset fee will be added to your booking.

CONDUCT

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone in the building, please follow these conduct guidelines:

-Guests are permitted only in the studio space and the public restrooms on the 1st floor. Access to all other floors, hallways, residential areas, and the rooftop is strictly prohibited.

-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the building.

-No smoke machines, fog machines, or haze devices are permitted in the studio.

-Please handle all furniture and equipment with care. If you need assistance moving furniture or setting up backdrops, please ask us for help to avoid damage or injury.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the studio without refund.
